    1. 10-16 ounces (you will want a big cup)! We put them in fresh and do a light squeeze. The fruit gets really soggy after awhile!

    1. It is great to drink them in a planned way so your not drinking natural water by itself. Maybe something like;
      Every second day.
      On weekends.
      2-4 days per week
