All refunds are subject to the following conditions in addition to the specific policy for each product.

Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that they cannot be “returned,” we do have a few requirements that must be met in order to qualify for a refund.  This is to protect ourselves because of those that abuse refund policies and product creators.  It is also to encourage those that buy the products to give their best effort before making a decision.

Note that we specifically do NOT offer refunds in the following cases:

  1. You changed your mind after purchasing or because you read through the materials and decided that you didn’t want to do it.
  2. There will be no refunds given for mistaking these products as hardcover or softcover books.  It is clearly stated and demonstrated on both sales pages that they are not, so we cannot offer refunds under these circumstances.

If within 30 days of purchasing the program, you are unsatisfied, you may qualify for a refund.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the 21-Day Challenge, you must (a) show an honest effort of participation in the private support group (if you’ve taken the Challenge), or (b) send proof that you used the 21-Day Challenge with photos of yourself or approved meals.

We reserve the right to evaluate your request and to make a decision accordingly.

No refunds will be issued beyond 30 days after the purchase.
