Every woman over the age of 35 should be doing some type of resistance training in an effort to build strength!

Strength Training reduces the risk osteoporosis and bone fractures

It also improves mood, self-esteem, & self confidence

Resistance training helps build lean muscle and lower body fat percentage

There are 6 key functional movement patterns:

Hip extensions Knee flexion Vertical pushing Vertical pulling Horizontal pushing Horizontal pulling

Try to do resistance training 3-4 times a week, 20-30 minutes per session.
